Gate Motor Installation
Your gate is the one piece of security equipment you use every single day, so it has to work in the rain, in the dark and when the power is out. We survey it before quoting: the weight and length of the gate, the condition of the track or hinges, the slope of the driveway and how far the cabling has to run. That is what decides the motor size — and an undersized motor on a heavy gate is the single most common reason gates fail inside a year.
On installation day we mount the motor and rack, set the travel limits and anti-crush force, fit the safety beams, pair your remotes and run the gate through a full cycle in both automatic and manual mode. Before we leave we show you the manual release, where the backup battery sits and what the warning beeps actually mean. The workmanship is backed for twelve months and we carry spares for the motors we fit.
